We are being honest about our mistakes, limits, and the brokenness of our world.

This confession comes from a melancholy place. While these words could be sung in a major key with a happy, upbeat melody, we aren’t afraid to feel the pain of the world around us and speak from our own suffering. It does not have power over us because Jesus has done the liberating work, is liberating us, and will liberate us.
